Privacy notice

GovernAtlas collects information you deliberately submit, including correction contact details. We also receive ordinary service logs and privacy-preserving analytics needed to secure and operate the site.

Correction details are used to investigate, document, and respond to the submission. They are not displayed publicly. Evidence artifacts and administrative records are access controlled.

Company partnership applications include the business and contact details you choose to provide. We use them to assess the proposed partnership and contact you about that enquiry. Applications are private, are not a newsletter subscription, and do not grant access to visitor identities or affect editorial decisions.

Infrastructure providers may process data for hosting, database, security, email, and analytics under their applicable terms. We retain operational and editorial records for auditability and remove personal data when no longer needed, subject to legal and integrity obligations.

Do not submit confidential, patient, financial-account, or other sensitive personal data through a correction form.
