GOVERNATLAS / PRODUCT DOSSIER

Athina

Athina documents collaborative AI development with datasets, experiments, evaluation, prompt management and observability.

01 / CONTEXT & SCOPE

Understand the proposition.
Define the boundary.

The decision to make

Decide which artifact is the release unit: a prompt, a composed flow or the deployed application. A prompt comparison can omit retrieval and tool dependencies that change the real answer. Define how datasets, annotations and experiment outputs stay linked to the same configuration, and which reviewer can resolve a disagreement before a change is promoted.

What this record does not establish

The documented IDE, evaluation and monitoring features do not establish evaluator calibration, automatic regression repair or full application coverage. Hosted and self-hosted scope requires confirmation.

02 / YOUR EVALUATION

Turn interest into a useful trial.

Open the evaluation playbook ↗
A

A test worth running

Prepare a synthetic dataset containing an answerable question, an unanswerable question and a tool-dependent case. Compare two prompt or flow versions under one rubric. Change a reference label after the first run and inspect whether the old result remains interpretable rather than silently inheriting the new expectation.

B

Evidence to bring back

  1. A dataset, rubric and application version record for each experiment.
  2. An item-level comparison showing a changed label and an unresolved judgment.

03 / DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE

Read the claim. Inspect the basis.

Each statement retains its classification and preserved source. A vendor assertion is not an independent test result.

04 / BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Better questions.
A clearer decision.

Resolve these with the provider and your own evaluation team.

01

Can you provide a dataset, rubric and application version record for each experiment for the selected configuration?

02

Can you provide an item-level comparison showing a changed label and an unresolved judgment for the selected configuration?

03

Which exact version, entitlements, data paths and responsible roles apply?

Regulatory applicability requires a separate, current determination. Inclusion is not certification.

KEEP THE RECORD USEFUL

A dossier should stand up to scrutiny.
