GOVERNATLAS / PRODUCT DOSSIER

Conveyor

Conveyor presents security-questionnaire and RFP drafting, a trust center and knowledge-management workflows. It describes source-cited generated answers and human review of drafted RFP responses; marketed accuracy and savings are not independent findings.

01 / CONTEXT & SCOPE

Understand the proposition.
Define the boundary.

The decision to make

Judge whether a reused answer remains true for the question’s product, region and time period. Faster completion is useful only when an owner can reject an outdated or unsupported response. Separate documents approved for external sharing from internal context that may help draft but must not be disclosed.

What this record does not establish

A source citation does not prove the answer follows from it. The site’s accuracy guarantees, time savings and case studies are not independently validated. Confirm retrieval permissions, supported formats, document freshness, recipient access and final sending authority.

02 / YOUR EVALUATION

Turn interest into a useful trial.

A

A test worth running

Propose a questionnaire with a straightforward control, an ambiguous scope and a question unsupported by the knowledge base. Seed two conflicting document versions and inspect citations and reviewer behavior. Revoke access to a source, repeat the draft and inspect what the recipient can still see in the exported response.

GovernAtlas editorial proposal. We have not performed this test.

B

Evidence to bring back

  1. An answer-to-source/version review containing a deliberate unsupported case.
  2. A recipient-access and superseded-document test with approval history.

03 / DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE

Read the claim. Inspect the basis.

Each statement retains its classification and preserved source. A vendor assertion is not an independent test result.

04 / BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Better questions.
A clearer decision.

Resolve these with the provider and your own evaluation team.

01

An answer-to-source/version review containing a deliberate unsupported case. Can this be demonstrated for the proposed configuration?

02

A recipient-access and superseded-document test with approval history. Who owns and reviews this evidence?

03

Which version, modules, services and commercial entitlements are included?

Regulatory applicability requires a separate, current determination. Inclusion is not certification.

KEEP THE RECORD USEFUL

A dossier should stand up to scrutiny.
