Coralogix AI Observability

Coralogix describes an AI Center with configurable evaluators, session exploration, dashboards and per-message/session/agent cost views. Its source distinguishes evaluation signals from the underlying conversation and operational telemetry.

01 / CONTEXT & SCOPE

Understand the proposition.
Define the boundary.

The decision to make

Start by identifying what an evaluator score should cause an operator to do. Monitoring a message for relevance or potential disclosure is useful when the reviewer can inspect the underlying context and distinguish a false positive from a genuine incident. Define that workflow before setting broad alert thresholds.

What this record does not establish

The page contains broad retention, uptime and prevention language; those are not independently established here. Evaluation visibility is not proof that a harmful action was blocked. Confirm evaluator data flows, billed units, retention configuration and export permissions for the selected account.

02 / YOUR EVALUATION

Turn interest into a useful trial.

A

A test worth running

In a proposed pilot, create a supported answer, an unsupported answer and a synthetic sensitive marker. Compare evaluator results with a human review, follow each score into its session and reconcile recorded token cost with provider usage. Disable one evaluator and inspect the missing-assessment signal.

B

Evidence to bring back

  1. A message-to-score-to-session record with disputed and missing assessments.
  2. A provider cost reconciliation and deployment-specific retention/export decision.

03 / DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE

Read the claim. Inspect the basis.

Each statement retains its classification and preserved source. A vendor assertion is not an independent test result.

04 / BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Better questions.
A clearer decision.

Resolve these with the provider and your own evaluation team.

01

A message-to-score-to-session record with disputed and missing assessments. Can this be demonstrated in the selected environment?

02

A provider cost reconciliation and deployment-specific retention/export decision. Who owns and signs off this evidence?

03

Which version, deployment and commercial entitlement are included in the proposed configuration?

Regulatory applicability requires a separate, current determination. Inclusion is not certification.
