GOVERNATLAS / PRODUCT DOSSIER

Coval

Coval describes simulation and evaluation for voice AI agents, including scenarios and personas.

01 / CONTEXT & SCOPE

Understand the proposition.
Define the boundary.

The decision to make

Define resolution at the workflow boundary rather than in a simulated caller score. A call may sound complete while a transfer or booking fails downstream. Establish which persona attributes are controlled, what the simulated environment can actually observe and how human review changes a verdict without deleting the first assessment.

What this record does not establish

Scenario generation, production observation and human QA are documented workflows, not proof of complete caller coverage or readiness. Published improvement figures and sample dashboard outcomes are excluded.

Source coverage is a research boundary, not a quality score.

02 / YOUR EVALUATION

Turn interest into a useful trial.

Open the evaluation playbook ↗
A

A test worth running

Use a fictional service call with a successful mock transfer, a failed transfer and an ambiguous handoff. Compare the same scenario across two test agent versions, inspect action completion and retain the automated and human verdicts. Label any missing downstream observation as unresolved.

GovernAtlas editorial proposal. We have not performed this test.

B

Evidence to bring back

  1. A persona/scenario/version manifest and downstream completion criterion.
  2. A failed or ambiguous handoff with original and amended review judgments.

03 / DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE

Read the claim. Inspect the basis.

Each statement retains its classification and preserved source. A vendor assertion is not an independent test result.

04 / BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Better questions.
A clearer decision.

Resolve these with the provider and your own evaluation team.

01

Can you provide a persona/scenario/version manifest and downstream completion criterion for the selected configuration?

02

Can you provide a failed or ambiguous handoff with original and amended review judgments for the selected configuration?

03

Which exact version, entitlements, data paths and responsible roles apply?

Regulatory applicability requires a separate, current determination. Inclusion is not certification.

KEEP THE RECORD USEFUL
