vendor asserted

The vendor describes drift and performance alerts, plus tracing and guardrails for LLM outputs.

01 / CONTEXT & SCOPE

Understand the proposition.
Define the boundary.

The decision to make

Locate the actual enforcement point behind a governance control. Registering a use case, collecting evidence and observing runtime behavior answer different questions. Ask which connection supplies discovery, which component can stop an action and what happens when an integration becomes stale. Preserve the difference between a configured requirement and an observed enforced restriction.

What this record does not establish

The former deeploy.ml domain redirects to deeploy.ai; one current identity is recorded. Framework templates and control labels are not compliance, complete discovery or independently tested runtime protection.

02 / YOUR EVALUATION

Turn interest into a useful trial.

A

A test worth running

Register a synthetic assistant, attach a proposed control and run an authorized mock action through the intended path. Disconnect one observation feed and inspect whether the system shows a gap. Compare the assessment record with the observed action rather than inferring enforcement from a completed form.

GovernAtlas editorial proposal. We have not performed this test.

B

Evidence to bring back

  1. An integration-to-control-to-enforcement map for a selected use case.
  2. A disconnected-feed observation and an independently inspectable mock-action trace.

THE OPERATING DETAIL

Find the component that actually applies the control.

GovernAtlas analysis: practical review considerations, not findings from a product test.

Map a control to its path

Select one fictional assistant and write a control with a measurable outcome, such as declining an unauthorized mock action. Identify which integration observes the assistant, which component applies the restriction and where the result is recorded. A completed assessment is evidence about a process, not automatically about enforced behavior.

Introduce a missing feed

Disconnect one authorized test integration while keeping the registry entry. Ask whether the team can distinguish a system that is currently observed from one that is merely registered. Record the last observation and responsible owner. A stale connection should remain visible as an uncertainty in the review.

Keep templates contextual

Choose one framework control and tailor it to the fictional use. Retain the original requirement, local interpretation, supporting artifact and approving role. Review that relationship with both engineering and governance colleagues. A framework name in a template does not settle the requirement’s applicability or the effectiveness of its implementation.

03 / DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE

Read the claim. Inspect the basis.

Each statement retains its classification and preserved source. A vendor assertion is not an independent test result.

04 / BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Better questions.
A clearer decision.

Resolve these with the provider and your own evaluation team.

01

Can you provide an integration-to-control-to-enforcement map for a selected use case for the selected configuration?

02

Can you provide a disconnected-feed observation and an independently inspectable mock-action trace for the selected configuration?

03

Which exact version, entitlements, data paths and responsible roles apply?

Regulatory applicability requires a separate, current determination. Inclusion is not certification.
