The decision to make

Distinguish offline evaluation from a guardrail that intervenes in an application path. The current site names DynamoEval, DynamoGuard and AgentWarden; the buyer should select the exact capability and enforcement boundary. A human review feature also needs clear responsibility for changing an assessment versus authorizing an agent action.

What this record does not establish

Evaluation, guardrail and agent-security modules have distinct deployment and entitlement questions. No regulatory compliance, complete coverage, low-latency outcome or independently proven prevention is established.

A test worth running

Use a synthetic assistant with an allowed task and a prohibited mock write. Compare offline evaluation evidence with the observed runtime decision, then simulate a missing policy dependency. Record a reviewer correction without overwriting the original judgment or assuming that a logged alert prevented the action.

Use paired cases

Prepare one fictional prohibited request and a harmless request with similar wording. Record the configured policy and expected application behavior. Inspect both blocked and permitted outcomes. A trial that contains only obvious attacks cannot reveal how the control affects legitimate work or ambiguous cases.

Keep the application event

Use an authorized mock tool to distinguish a detected risk from a prevented action. Retain the guardrail observation, application response and mock-tool event separately. Simulate an unavailable dependency within the permitted test boundary and document what the application does while the control cannot respond.

Review the human override

Have an authorized reviewer challenge one guardrail or evaluation result. Inspect the original result, amended decision, rationale and follow-up owner. Decide which changes require a retest. Human involvement is useful only when responsibility and the consequences of an override are explicit.
