GOVERNATLAS / PRODUCT DOSSIER

eramba

eramba lists risk, compliance, online assessments, incident/data-privacy workflows, access controls, activity logs and automation. Its site distinguishes Community and Enterprise editions and on-premises versus SaaS options; roadmap previews are separate from released capabilities.

01 / CONTEXT & SCOPE

Understand the proposition.
Define the boundary.

The decision to make

Evaluate the operating burden alongside the software. A freely available community deployment still needs an owner for installation, updates, backups and access review. Select a real control/evidence workflow and check it against the exact edition instead of assuming the feature list applies identically everywhere.

What this record does not establish

The captured page separately labels approval/review/attestation content as a preview; it is not asserted as released. Pricing comparisons, framework coverage and simplicity claims are not independently validated. Confirm release notes, edition matrix and supported installation requirements.

02 / YOUR EVALUATION

Turn interest into a useful trial.

A

A test worth running

Propose a control test with missing evidence, an expired exception and a restricted reviewer. Inspect notification and activity history, then export the record before and after an update. Ask the operator to show how a failed automation is noticed and how the underlying responsibility is reassigned.

GovernAtlas editorial proposal. We have not performed this test.

B

Evidence to bring back

  1. A control-test and expired-exception record with activity history.
  2. A release/edition map and an owned update/backup/automation-failure procedure.

03 / DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE

Read the claim. Inspect the basis.

Each statement retains its classification and preserved source. A vendor assertion is not an independent test result.

04 / BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Better questions.
A clearer decision.

Resolve these with the provider and your own evaluation team.

01

A control-test and expired-exception record with activity history. Can this be demonstrated for the proposed configuration?

02

A release/edition map and an owned update/backup/automation-failure procedure. Who owns and reviews this evidence?

03

Which version, modules, services and commercial entitlements are included?

Regulatory applicability requires a separate, current determination. Inclusion is not certification.

KEEP THE RECORD USEFUL
