Holistic AI Governance

Holistic AI describes AI discovery, risk testing, monitoring and governance workflows in one platform.

THE DOCUMENTED SCOPE

What the current evidence describes.

Source-attributed capabilities and limits. Inspect the full record before drawing a conclusion.

vendor asserted

At capture, Holistic AI's trust center states that its ISO/IEC 42001 certification is in progress and that it does not hold that certification. Scope: the organization's own status statement at capture; no certificate or independent registry determination was inspected.

Holistic AI names the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001 and NYC Local Law 144 in its framework-assessment and mapping features. Scope: vendor-described assessment content, not certification or a regulatory applicability finding.

01 / CONTEXT & SCOPE

Understand the proposition.
Define the boundary.

The decision to make

Separate discovery coverage, risk testing and workflow governance in your evaluation. Discovering an AI system does not establish that its risks have been tested, and a completed assessment does not show how a later change triggers another review. Decide which of those operational gaps your team needs to close first.

What this record does not establish

Framework names describe vendor assessment content. The captured ISO/IEC 42001 status statement is dated evidence, not a certificate or a determination about present certification.

2 current sources · 3 published assertions
Source coverage is a research boundary, not a quality score.

02 / YOUR EVALUATION

Turn interest into a useful trial.

Open the evaluation playbook ↗
A

A test worth running

Register a known AI application, compare the discovered record with your source inventory and attach a deliberately failed evaluation. Revise the application and follow the issue through reassessment, approval and export. Ask for the exact test configuration and the role responsible for acting on the result.

GovernAtlas editorial proposal. We have not performed this test.

B

Evidence to bring back

  1. Reconcile a known inventory against discovered assets and record missing or incorrectly grouped systems.
  2. Inspect current underlying assurance documents separately from product testing and framework-mapping demonstrations.

03 / DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE

Read the claim. Inspect the basis.

Each statement retains its classification and preserved source. A vendor assertion is not an independent test result.

04 / BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Better questions.
A clearer decision.

Resolve these with the provider and your own evaluation team.

01

Which hosting region and subprocessors would apply to your contract?

02

Has the ISO/IEC 42001 status changed since this capture?

03

What do the underlying ISO/IEC 27001 certificate and SOC 2 report cover?

Regulatory applicability requires a separate, current determination. Inclusion is not certification.

KEEP THE RECORD USEFUL

A dossier should stand up to scrutiny.
