GOVERNATLAS / PRODUCT DOSSIER

ModelOp Center

ModelOp describes lifecycle governance for AI inventories, risk assessment, approvals and production monitoring.

THE DOCUMENTED SCOPE

What the current evidence describes.

Source-attributed capabilities and limits. Inspect the full record before drawing a conclusion.

vendor asserted

ModelOp describes monitoring for drift, bias and policy violations, plus dashboards for AI cost, business value and risk. Scope: the vendor's product-page description, not validation of the accuracy of those metrics or outcomes.

01 / CONTEXT & SCOPE

Understand the proposition.
Define the boundary.

The decision to make

Evaluate the governance record across heterogeneous models, rather than assuming a shared inventory means a shared operating workflow. The important distinction is between registering a model, observing its status and having authority to approve or change its use in a business process.

What this record does not establish

Vendor-described model governance functions do not establish successful execution against your model infrastructure, support for every model type or independent validation of a model's behavior.

02 / YOUR EVALUATION

Turn interest into a useful trial.

A

A test worth running

Use two model types with different operating owners. Follow one proposed change through evidence collection and approval, then inspect how a failed or missing monitoring input affects the decision. Ask an independent reviewer to reconstruct the final state from an export without relying on a live dashboard.

B

Evidence to bring back

  1. Document which system is authoritative for model version, deployment state and approval status.
  2. Demonstrate the response to missing or stale operating evidence, including the person responsible for resolving it.

03 / DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE

Read the claim. Inspect the basis.

Each statement retains its classification and preserved source. A vendor assertion is not an independent test result.

04 / BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Better questions.
A clearer decision.

Resolve these with the provider and your own evaluation team.

01

Which current version, installation prerequisites and support terms fit your environment?

02

Have the public-sector regulatory mappings been updated to current requirements?

03

What independently inspectable security attestations cover the proposed deployment?

Regulatory applicability requires a separate, current determination. Inclusion is not certification.

KEEP THE RECORD USEFUL
