Riskonnect

Riskonnect presents integrated risk management across GRC, insurable risk and business continuity/resilience. It describes connected risk data, workflows, analytics and integration options; these solution families are separate configuration and licensing questions.

01 / CONTEXT & SCOPE

Understand the proposition.
Define the boundary.

The decision to make

Define which risk relationships must be shared before evaluating the suite. A claims workflow, an enterprise risk register and a continuity exercise can use related data without being the same process. Choose one business service and identify the records and decision owners that need to connect.

What this record does not establish

Suite breadth does not establish one subscription, common deployment or universal data consistency. Customer ROI and predictive language are not measured results here. Verify the exact solution set, data model, operating owner and integration support.

02 / YOUR EVALUATION

Turn interest into a useful trial.

A

A test worth running

In a proposed pilot, link a service disruption to a risk, a control issue and a continuity action. Ask different owners to update their records, then inspect conflicting statuses and executive reporting. Repeat after a connector fails and check that an old value remains visibly dated.

B

Evidence to bring back

  1. A service-to-risk-to-action chain with conflicting statuses and dates visible.
  2. A solution/license map and connector-failure reconciliation.

03 / DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE

Read the claim. Inspect the basis.

Each statement retains its classification and preserved source. A vendor assertion is not an independent test result.

04 / BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Better questions.
A clearer decision.

Resolve these with the provider and your own evaluation team.

01

A service-to-risk-to-action chain with conflicting statuses and dates visible. Can this be demonstrated for the proposed configuration?

02

A solution/license map and connector-failure reconciliation. Who owns and reviews this evidence?

03

Which version, modules, services and commercial entitlements are included?

Regulatory applicability requires a separate, current determination. Inclusion is not certification.

KEEP THE RECORD USEFUL
