Saidot AI Governance

Saidot describes a connected AI inventory with risk, policy, control and evidence workflows.

THE DOCUMENTED SCOPE

What the current evidence describes.

Source-attributed capabilities and limits. Inspect the full record before drawing a conclusion.

vendor asserted

Saidot's pricing-page FAQ lists integrations with Azure AI Foundry and Amazon Bedrock, plus REST APIs, webhooks and MCP access to governance data. Scope: the vendor's listed integration options; availability and contractual package must be confirmed.

Saidot describes policy and control content addressing the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF. Scope: vendor-described governance coverage; it is not certification or a finding that a customer satisfies those instruments.

01 / CONTEXT & SCOPE

Understand the proposition.
Define the boundary.

The decision to make

Start with how governance work is assigned and completed. A useful AI management record should make it possible for an accountable owner to understand the intended use, inspect the supporting material and explain why an unresolved risk was accepted or sent back for work.

What this record does not establish

The published vendor evidence is a starting point for evaluating governance workflows. It is not a determination about the safety, legality or suitability of an AI system recorded in the product.

Source coverage is a research boundary, not a quality score.

02 / YOUR EVALUATION

Turn interest into a useful trial.

Open the evaluation playbook ↗
A

A test worth running

Create an AI system with a specific deployment context, assign separate contributors and reviewers, and record an issue that requires another team's evidence. Revise that evidence after review and inspect the resulting history and ownership. Evaluate the process using the actual roles your team plans to assign.

B

Evidence to bring back

  1. Export the decision with its accountable owner, unresolved issue and supporting evidence references intact.
  2. Explain which changes require another review and demonstrate that behavior on an already reviewed record.

03 / DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE

Read the claim. Inspect the basis.

Each statement retains its classification and preserved source. A vendor assertion is not an independent test result.

04 / BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Better questions.
A clearer decision.

Resolve these with the provider and your own evaluation team.

01

Which integration and API features are included in your plan?

02

What is the current control-library count and how is it maintained?

03

Which deployment options and certificate scope apply to the intended service?

Regulatory applicability requires a separate, current determination. Inclusion is not certification.

KEEP THE RECORD USEFUL
