01 / CONTEXT & SCOPE

Understand the proposition.
Define the boundary.

The decision to make

Treat the naming transition as a commercial and operating question, not a second platform count. Decide whether the need is data access governance or control of an AI workflow and identify the relevant module. A shared policy interface can still depend on different enforcing components across databases and agent paths.

What this record does not establish

The current page mixes legacy Privacera module navigation with Trust3 positioning. It does not independently establish universal coverage, encryption effectiveness, license migration or cloud/on-premises parity. Obtain current release, module and support boundaries before relying on a legacy demonstration.

02 / YOUR EVALUATION

Turn interest into a useful trial.

A

A test worth running

In a proposed sandbox, define one sensitive-field policy and inspect its effect on a database query and a selected AI retrieval path. Compare a human and service identity, then make a policy connector unavailable. Record which operations remain possible and how the operator sees an unapplied change.

GovernAtlas editorial proposal. We have not performed this test.

B

Evidence to bring back

  1. A policy-to-enforcement record across the selected database and AI path.
  2. A current identity/module/license map with connector-failure ownership.

03 / DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE

Read the claim. Inspect the basis.

Each statement retains its classification and preserved source. A vendor assertion is not an independent test result.

04 / BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Better questions.
A clearer decision.

Resolve these with the provider and your own evaluation team.

01

Can you provide a policy-to-enforcement record across the selected database and AI path for the selected configuration?

02

A current identity/module/license map with connector-failure ownership. Who owns and reviews this evidence?

03

Which current version, edition, integrations and operating responsibilities are included?

Regulatory applicability requires a separate, current determination. Inclusion is not certification.
